DELIVERY AND TRACKING

How long does delivery take?

Orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours, and take between 3-15 days to be delivered. Please allow an additional week as we often have very busy periods, and there are also international delivery delays that are out of our control.

How can I track my order?

After your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking information. If for any reason your tracking number doesn't work, please reply to the email and someone will assist you.

What if my order is lost or damaged?

We will happily replace or refund lost or damaged orders free of charge.

Do you deliver orders to my country?

We currently deliver to the United States only.

Are all of the products in my order sent together?

Products are occasionally sent separately to reach you as quickly as possible, to avoid customs charges or because they are being sent from separate distribution centers.

Where are your products delivered from?

Most of our products are shipped directly from the United States, while some from Asia to give you the best possible prices. They’re manufactured all over the world to give you the best possible prices, whilst maintaining a high level of quality.

 

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Can I change my order?

Yes, if your order hasn't been sent yet, please contact us and we'll be happy to change your order. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be changed.

Yes, if your order hasn't been sent yet, please contact us and we'll be happy to cancel your order. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

 

ORDER RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Can I return my order?

Yes, returns can be made up to 15 days after receiving your order, as long as they're unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or click on this link to go to your account page.

  1. 1. Log in to your account:
    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Can I exchange my order?

No, you can simply return your order as explained above, get refunded, and then you may make another order.
